Buildmark
The NHBC ten-year warranty is called Buildmark Cover. It is an insurance policy which covers you against specific risks, from the time your home is being built, for ten years.

NHBC Assurance
Harvester Homes building sites and finished homes are subject to regular inspections by the NHBC. This means that the quality of your home is assured.

To put you more at ease with your investment, your Buildmark NHBC warranty is transferable to anyone else who buys the home. An attractive selling feature, should the time come when you want to sell your home.
